Needed medical records to send to new doctors and to have them for own personal records. Office refuses to send medical records to their own patients that request them because “if I do it for one patient I have to do it for 3,000 others and I don’t have time for that nonsense”. Front office is very unprofessional and combative and say's they’re understaffed.

Hopefully I won't make this too lengthy but I'm pretty angry I went to see Dr. Ricketts today a follow up from the hospital. My email said check in online so I did I go inside and the lady asked me the same questions. I did not know that I checked in online but she said that didn't matter....okkkk Then she asked me why was there with the referral was for and I said a follow up from Northwest hospital she said where is your referral? Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Robert Ricketts 2 1/2 months in advance, only to be canceled three days prior to appointment. Highly recommend you spend your time and hard earned coin somewhere else!!!!
