I recently had my first service done by Robert R. McGill Air Conditioning, Inc.. From the first call, to initiate a contract, to the first service call, everything was seamless. I was sent a text a day before my service date and then when the technician was on the way. Amanda was the technician and was 10 mins early. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable.
