Completely agree with all the other reviews. Christopher Jones was completely rude and our appraisal from him came back ridiculously low. We had our home appraised only two years ago, completed over 10k in updates including a new kitchen and our appraisal from him came back 10k lower than our last appraisal! He makes no sense at all. Wish I could give zero stars for a review.
I wouldn't have given them one but that's the only way I could write a review!! Chris jones is very very rude, when this person came to my home he was very short and disrespectful to me when I asked questions on how the process worked, he acted as if he couldn't be bothered. I'm a 100 percent disabled Iraq/Afghanistan combat veteran who was attempting to refinance my va loan so I could get much needed new windows and siding installed. Mr. Jones failed to properly calculate my homes square footage then used homes in the area ... read more
