I will say that Mr. Goldstein is a pleasant man and easy to talk to and my bankruptcy was started in early to mid of 2020 and my wife and I completed our paperwork in late August and the Bankruptcy itself was completed in January of this year and today (October 18th, 2021) I found out that the re-affirmation of my automobile loan in which I paid extra for was not accepted by my loan company and although I never miss a payment and still haven't so I can keep my car which is great, but it will not help my credit score at all w... read more
He was urgent in getting us in for an appointment. His price was great! He was very up front in explaining what happens next. He contacted the other party one time and they dropped their case against me.
At first, I highly recommend Robert as my attorney. He was able to get spousal support and temporary child support pretty quickly. Then reality set in and he didn't follow thru. He kept needing more money and never seen any changes in my case. Then 32 day before trial he needed more....you guessed it money.
