Ive been a patient of Dr. Powers for over 18 years and I absolutely would not go elsewhere. Troy is a great asset to his team and seems to be Dr.Powers right hand he does a great job and is very knowledgeable. They (everyone including office staff) are all very friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and have actually.
Worst dentist I have ever been too. They will say that they called you but really didn't. Their staff don't know their job very well. And they will rip you off if they get the chance.
I have been a patient of Summerville Dental Center for six plus years. Recently they merged with Dental Smart and the problems began. The new call center you have to speak with is a nightmare. We have had nothing but problems. Dr. Powers is an exceptional dentist but partnering with Dental Smart was a mistake for Summerville Dental Center.
