I saw Dr. Pickard last year for treatment for tinnitus. He saw me very quickly, ordered an MRI and CT, and when he couldnt spot anything abnormal told me to “call back if I have further symptoms”, after he did nothing to address my active, ongoing symptoms. Afterwards, I went for a second opinion from Dr. Ariel Grobman, who had better equipment and performed a procedure on the spot that improved my symptoms - first class all the way. A fine physician. He may be old school, but he's competent, smart, and nice. This is the type of doctor one wants. Highly recommend.

I called at 3:59 pm after we greet each other with the person on the phone, she tells me I have to call back again during office hours at 4:01 pm, when I asked to confirm if the cut off time was 4 pm and made her notice that it was just 4:01 she had no problem and tell me yes, you need to call again. Well, Im not calling again, there is plenty of doctors with much better customer service genuine interest to help a patient.
