Dr. Pettit was very nice and listened to my concerns and did not brush me off. We tried some things, and he ordered some tests, we came up with a plan together, so we are both on the same page.
After spending 2 1/2 hours trying to reach scheduling for OrthoCincy as a follow up to my daughter’s emergency room visit, I gave up and called Beacon. It was the best decision! I quickly reached someone (a live person, not like OrthoCincy) who got us an appointment the same day, and at the most convenient location for us. The doctor and staff at Beacon were excellent. I don’t care who refers to OrthoCincy, we will be going to Beacon for any future orthopedic needs. They were hands down the best choice.
Very knowledgeable and professional, and a helpful visit (unlike some doctors who seem to just want to get billable hours). Easy to talk to, not intimidating at all... I highly recommend Dr Pettit.
Dr Pettit is the ultimate professional! He is very thorough, listens to the patient’s concerns, explains everything in terms that are easily understandable, and takes the time to answer all your questions.
