Listing realtor moved out of state and could care less about seeing the transaction through. Also I specifically put in my offer terms that window treatments remain and then after offer acceptance she said the living room curtains don’t count as window treatments. Everyone knows that curtains are window treatments. I wish there was a zero star rating. Extremely unprofessional and not to be trusted.

This review is long overdue!!! Michelle Sylvia took really good care of us on our many vacations in Cape cod. The homes we rented are not perfect but she is always quick to come up with a solution. We always love and appreciate the welcome baskets she so lovingly organize for us every time we book through Robert Paul. She is so reliable and pleasant. could not be more disappointed by Michelle Sylvia's handling of our very expensive rental of the Mellon Estate. We have spent 100's of thousands of dollars renting with Robert Paul over the years but this experience was beyond difficult. The estate is beautiful and special. Unfortunately Robert Pauls website fails to disclose that the owner is on the property at various times while your renting, plus v arious friends and family members on the tennis court, plus six gardeners, none wearing masks, plus a caretaker. plus variou... read more
