Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first
