Absolutely horrible. Very rude did not appreciate the fact I paid him $6500. For my daughters braces. He deserves no stars. Very unprofessional in every way
My experience with this office was superb. While no one wants to visit an endodontist . Dr. Depalma's kindness - patience - gravitas and extensive professional skills made mys visit and procedure very reassuring. My special thanks to his highly professional assistant Brenda for her kindness and wide scope of dental knowledge. I recommend this office very highly.
he's is the absolutely rude. he just puts his fingers in your mouth without even a hello and just hooks them in your cheek and yanks you into a position better for him when all he had to do was ask you to move your head. i can't stand him and my kids can't stand him
My son started at a different orthodontist, and had a very unpleasant, scary experience. Dr. Palma was recommended to us, and what a difference! Dr. Palma and his staff are gentle, and made the long-term treatment a great experience. They do a great job, too.
