It’s very concerning that my nurses and my doctors spend all day arguing about who is wrong about the smallest things. I have ben in pain for 2 days and they cannot decide what pain management they should use. I had ordered three meals a day in advansed and the only one that was correct was a thin Turkey sandwich. The rest of the food I was served was border line un edible I could make any thing better with a blind fold on and my hands tied behind my back. I went to this hospital for stroke like sympthoms. The ed got me right away and gave me a tpa. they did a cat scan and then a mri. They admitted me and said I had abnormaties on my brain. My brain had swellen on it. The icu was wonderful care but when I was put on the unit it went down hill from there. The nurses and Doctors where rude and not very concerned with my condition. I went there for dizziness complaints and was put on a gurney in a hallway for 1 hr 15 min receiving an IV for dehydration and a sedative. I was quickly put in a wheelchair and left at the front door since i was uninsured and told i need to get a ride home now despite little improvement. I had to seek care from another Dr the following day. I was billed $ 2000.00 for poor care and some which i never received. I called the billing dept which offered me a $ 400 discount if i paid with a credit card which i did. Then 2 months l... read more
My husband was there for one week in April 2021. He had severe liver damage and a perforated ulcer. The hospital and staff were well above excellent in the ICU. Visitation was adjusted for us because we were coming from out of town. Kitchen supplied with anything we wanted. Nurses and doctors extremely helpful and supportive. God bless entire facility.
Wendy in the mamagram dept did my ultrasound. Truly an angel. Very customer service oriented and a true soul❤️
Made a appointment in August for things going on then 2 weeks ago i ended up in er dr said to be seen by my dr within 2 days but nope cant. So then they call the night before and cancel my appointment that ive been waiting since August to have ! Ill be finding a new dr and it wont be with guthrie !
