I do recommend Dr. Robert Zaino as a family physician. He has been our doctor for many years, even before the MDVIP program. He spends as much time as necessary during an appointment. He has always given excellent care and is very familiar with our medical problems. We have been able to schedule appointments as required even on the same day. His office and waiting are and exam areas are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and aware of our problems. The waiting time is usually short.
I have complete confidence in Dr. Zaino. He is very accessible. He spends plenty of time with me during my appointments. He keeps extensive notes and knows my medical history well. He listens to my concerns and he honors my preferences. But he is persistent in making sure I follow-through on his recommendations. He is also a super nice guy!
Dr Zaino is the best Dr I have ever been to. He is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! I have been going to him for 22 years.
Dr. Zaino is professional and courteous. However, getting an appointment is an issue. I had to go to CVS minute clinic or wait several days to get into the practice. Therefore, I have left the care of generations family medicine.
Dr Zaino is terrific. He's very caring and thorough. He always takes time with his patients. He takes a preventative approach and provides his patients with wellness classes.
