I was not a patient. I had a serious dental emergency and my dentist could not get me in. I happened to mention this to a trusted friend who suggested I call Munson. He got me in — despite never having been there — same day. He had to do brutal work to cut a bridge among other things. Got it all done and done well. From where I sat it seemed like a difficult problem, but he stayed on it and resolved it. I am very grateful for that. Everyone in the office was a pleasure.
I went once for X-rays, cleaning & exam.The dental hygienist was very nice but the dentist never came into the room nor communicated with me. So I never knew that I had 2 cavities that needed filling.
The dentist kicks your child out of the dentist because of missed appointments. The receptionist Tabitha is very rude and disrespectable to certain people i think she has her favorites

I am so happy they took me on as a patient. Professionalism is above and beyond what I expected. They take the time to explain everything. Every person is so approachable and I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.
