I trained under Bud 40 years ago and to this day I have not met another therapist as skilled or as wise as he. As a professor, a mentor, a professional and a human being, Bud is unquestionably one of the most kind-hearted, intelligent, loving people I've known. Dr. Littlefield recognized my horrible Family dynamics and my personal need for growth. I lost a Fiance whom I loved, but I worked on myself and eventually came to recognize that there was good, once I was able to get past all the pain. He gave me invaluable advice and insight. I will always be in his debt.
My husband and I really needed help with his troubled daughter, we were coming to him as a last resort after 2 previous therapist were unable to us help co-parent, due to the other party being unwilling to participate.
