Highly recommend!
Dr. Littlefield recognized my horrible Family dynamics and my personal need for growth. I lost a Fiance whom I loved, but I worked on myself and eventually came to recognize that there was good, once I was able to get past all the pain. He gave me invaluable advice and insight. I will always be in his debt.
My husband and I really needed help with his troubled daughter, we were coming to him as a last resort after 2 previous therapist were unable to us help co-parent, due to the other party being unwilling to participate. Dr. Littlefield (Bud) is absolutely the best therapist in DFW. I have seen three other therapists myself since 1998, and two more with my son as the patient. Without exception, Bud is the only therapist who was really helpful. My son's life changed for the better after only one appointment with Bud, who then helped me through an extremely difficult and contentious divorce.
