Two of my daughters have had braces using Dr. Krauss. I love that there is very little wait time when I arrive. He corrected both of their teeth with in the time period that he stated. Nice payment plans.
Awful experience
We have just started with Dr Krauss for our 14 year old grandson....he is thorough in explaining everything, efficient, and friendly. Have already recommended him to others. The staff has been great to work with as well.
Billing department is incompetent and they lack in insurance knowledge. They will milk you for money that is not owed to them and threaten to put it on collections when you are disputing the bill. The office is old and outdated.
I am on son #3 needing orthodontics, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Krauss! He explains things well, puts his young patients at ease, and his prices beat any others I've heard about!
