I have been a patient of Dr. Hortman's for 20+ years. He is the only dentist i have ever been to that i am completely at ease and relaxed while the dental work is performed. I am the poster child for reasons to take care of your teeth, he never lectures me about this. He is very straight forward about treatment options and what needs to be done and he does not "tell" you what will be done but includes you in the decision making process. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only did the crowns, and fillings I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.
