I've called this place 3 times and all times I was placed on hold for longer than 15 minutes each time. No one ever came back to the phone to assist me.
Dr. Robert Ozaki was awesome. I brought a large bag of supplements for him to advise me of any possible health issues. He read every supplement label and advise me on the benefits or cons for all 15 supplements I brought. This was my first visit and I finally found a great Doctor. I'm glad I read the bad reviews and I just focus on the Star ratings that had nothing to do with Dr. Ozaki. leave the stars for the doctor performance not the office he works for, I almost missed out on a great doctor.
