This realty company has the audacity to call themselves experts when everyone of their properties are in major debt. The principal of this company is not well liked and has been in court for many reasons. His supervision skills lack breath, depth, and application. It's very difficult to get in touch with people at the office and he never takes telephone calls. He's a very negative individual and cares nothing about budgeting and saving. If you can manage to get past the unprofessional and condescending Josephine in the Management office, Bryant Gardens is wonderful and safe place to live. Jay in the Maintenance office and the rest of the maintenance crew are great!

Horrible management agent and crew office workers, specially some woman named Josephine. Robert Orlofsky is not a friendly mngr, and not a people’s person. He won’t listen to your apt’s problems and he’ll dismiss you for no apparent reason. I highly advise to people that are willing to buy here to look some place else. You will thank me later!

Horrible management. Josephine was extremely rude for no reason. I’d imagine everyone’s property value would increase if they got rid of these clowns.
