I like Dr Lowe he's very caring and will take his time with each patient; however, the office is nasty. Old Food in the plastic plants, mold everywhere from leaking ceilings when it rains. God forbid the one nurse or secretary.... Whatever her title is, actually gets out of her chair and acknowledges you are there, not to mention get up and cross off previous patients names on check in? HELLO????It's soooo against HIPPA. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. Very conscientious staff. Helpful, friendly and always positive and agreeable. I will continue to go back to this doctor until he retires. (which I hope isn't for a very long time.)
