I went in with terrible pain and this doctor was awful. Very rude and condescending, I left the office crying feeling so unheard and dismissed. I’ve never met such a rude doctor in my whole life. Also made a rude comment about how many tattoos I have. I’ve seen many other reviews stating the same thing of how condescending and dismissive he is. Unacceptable behavior for a doctor. More needs to be done about this but also very fitting for MSU. Will not be returning.
Dr. Norris is one of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced. Truly amazing bedside manor.
