I met Robert while I transiently stopped into an open house. We got to chatting about multi family purchases and I found out that he knows his duplex, triplex, and fourplex stuff! I was going to open houses , hoping to find a home that would be great to live in, but also have a guest house or second unit to rent out, to off-set the mortgage. As first time homebuyers, we didn't quite know where to start. We called Robert off of a sign while looking for our first home to buy in Tucson, and he showed us a home the same day. We were discouraged after speaking to a lender, but Robert convinced us another lender could help us, and after speaking with that lender, we realized we were closer than we thought.
