I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my daughter and I received from you and your staff. My daughter is doing absolutely great after her surgery, thanks to your expertise. Following her positive experience, I also sought your help for my vertigo, which you successfully treated. Your excellent bedside manner, combined with your friendly staff and minimal wait times, made both of our experiences truly positive.
Several years ago I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea by a different ENT, who recommended septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I did my research on who the best ENT is in Austin and that led me to Dr. Nason. I set up an appointment for a second opinion. He said that yes, my deviated septum was causing a moderate nasal obstruction, but that it wouldn't fix the apnea (other doc failed to tell me that.) He said my obstruction was a quality of life issue, and I could get it fixed if/when I wanted to address it. Zero pressure. ... read more
Great if you like waiting for at least an hour after your appointment to start your appointment - this was my experience for every visit whether I was late or on time. He’s a good doctor, but don’t expect to see any doctor for at least 45 minutes after your scheduled time
Dr.Nason is very knowledgeable and he will make it very clear, he is extremely condescending and likes to talk more than listen. The entire office communication was extremely difficult, I would leave multiple voicemails and not hear back for days and weeks. I was going to have a tonsillectomy as well as sinus and septum surgery all at once to his recommendation, it took almost 2 weeks for them to inform my insurance and when I called to finally schedule he surgery it was more days of waiting for a call back. Dr Nason was awesome! I was very comfortable with his mannerisms and I felt that he was very thorough. He’s helping me get off my cpap with the Inspire implant. I’m just a little old lady and I think he was very cute too!
