I’ve been bringing my son to the Orthodontics Office of Dr. Galbreath for over three years and we’ve always had a positive experience until our most recent visit. The new assistant was, in my personal experience, aggressive, rude, and shockingly unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, repeatedly interrupted me, and showed very poor manners throughout the interaction. He listens to all my concerns and is very kind. All of the staff are very polite which makes it comfortable to be there. I’ve only had my braces for a few months, but I feel confident with Dr. Galbreath in resolving the issues I have with my teeth. I highly recommend him and this practice.
