Terrible bed side manner & communication skills. He was the discharging physician on duty for my mom's recent hospitalization @ Lutheran General. Did not understand all my mom's existing health conditions. His reply, "I don't know anything about that." Dr. Moss took care of my mom for 11 years, helping so kindly and wisely in regards to her Alzheimer's. A kinder doctor just doesn't exist. Due to hospice we no longer need to visit him. He is greatly missed and much appreciated.
