There is a compound issue with my back and pelvic bone that I’ve been battling for over a year. I’ve tried everything from physical therapy to inversion therapy to cortisone injections to weight training and building muscle in the soft spots to try and take some of the pressure off the damaged cartilage. I had a back injury from lifting in 2016 and I couldn't walk, sit or lay down without immense pain. Dr. Monk had me fixed in a matter of a few visits. He calls this the youth card but I give him all the credit. I've been going to him since and he's the best at what he does. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
I have been going to this practice for over 30 yrs. He is the best!
