I wait for almost 2 hours before to be attended for Dr. Leon. Then when finally he call me. It happened just 2 minutes he was listening to me he suddenly said my problem was gastritis without checking me, he just ordered xx medicine, just 2 minutes!!!!! Rush appointment!
The staff was well prepared to go over the records and get updated info on the state of my health. It is clear that the caring culture at Dr Bufkin practice is top of the line. The meeting with Dr Bufkin went well with reviewing the tests results and explaining the condition of the cardio-vascular issue. What i like the most is that his positive attitude is always reassuring. Thank you Dr Bufkin!!
In my experience he's generally open for questions and gives good feedback however I just wished some things could be done without a return to clinic especially once test, exams and or clearance letter is needed when you have recently received those results
