As a new patient, Dr. Midence took the time to really understand my past medical history; I never felt rushed. He also provided opportunities to stay healthy. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. . . a doctor is only as good as his support staff.
May provide appropriate medications but does not seem to care about the patient's overall needs being met. Needed certain paperwork, which the doctor would not provide, which has delayed the patient obtaining needed durable medical equipment by TWO MONTHS. He/Staff sent referral to Providers who also would not provide necessary assessment; then faxed paperwork to wrong fax number (even after I requested that staff double check number, sent a SECOND time to same wrong number!) MORE delay!!

Amazingly intuituve. Genuinely kind-hearted. Brilliant, yet humble. My husband and I BOTH trust Dr. Midence with our lives. He was first to diagnose (with only EKG. his amazing GIFT of medical knowledge + uncanny intuition, after my saying, "something's wrong...please listen to my husband's heart." Fast track to diagnosis of rare, lethal condition most don't survive at 68. But, he also knows who to refer to-and his name "opens doors". Been 13 years of our 18 with Doc M. Truly exceptional.
