No concern for patients. Dr Merrill is impossible to reach, he just pushes you spend more $$ on worthless PT while suffering in pain. Trying to move my records to a new Dr and they are refusing to send. Just awful attitude and what feels like intentional incompetence. Meanwhile my condition is dehabiliating. Find another option- dont waste your time here.
He listens with an open mind, and provides practical, realistic treatment options.
I recently saw Dr. Merrill for a cervical spine consultation and had a very positive experience. He is very direct and to the point, which I actually appreciated. He was knowledgeable, confident, and clear when discussing my condition and, most importantly, offered me more options than I had previously been given. The front desk staff at the Wilton office is horrible, inexperience and lacks professionalism. Better off going to their Danbury office.
This was my first time visit with Dr. Merrill. I was thoroughly happy with this visit. Very kind compassionate. Dr explained everything in detail. Gave me a lot of options. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
