This office has a lot of sparkle. They pretend to be super friendly. However, once you’re in that chair, beware. The office tried to press my several x-rays that I did not want. When I held my ground, the hygienist turned on her heal and left. The doctor, told me I was being silly. I agreed to one x-ray. They came in and kept messing up and did several x-rays. When I first called and asked if they took my insurance the receptionist said yes. Then after my visit, she took me into the finance room to discuss the charges. I asked her why was I paying a 71-dollar fee for X-rays and would be charged $39 for a cleaning when my insurance pays out at 100%. I asked her 3 times but the only response that she gave to me was that 'they accept Premier insurance'. So I went home and called my insurance company to find out they weren't in my network. New to the area so I had some work done here. It is extremely obvious what they are doing here and they will scam you out of much more money then you would like. Be very careful when visiting this place because they will be reaching in your pocket for every penny after you get some work done. Also had a strained jaw after getting some fillings so there's that. "Finance" secretary is extremely rude. Highly recommend avoiding this place, don't fall for the fake reviews like I did.
I had a good exoerience. It was sadation. I was so nervous. . i left so content and very well.
Kind and compassionate doctors and staff. My daughter just had a tooth extracted and she felt no pain and felt little stress from the experience. Excellent service always. I appreciate this group of professionals very much.
This is a very comfortable and knowledgeable dental office, I had a EXTREME Dental emergency and thank you to Yvette she got Right in!! in my experience Starting w the front end, Yvette is a Star in her position. Samantha in the front is very pleasant:)) Dr. McCulla, I can honestly say he goes the extra mile!
