I purchased a new home from Robert Massengill and I'm very disappointed that I have water drainage issues- a lot of standing water collecting around the house and the ditch overflowing in front of the house due to being on a steep hill. Seeing water rushing down towards your house is a little nerve racking to say to least because the drains that were installed are handling too much water and are not enough.
