I thought having to sell a house 180 miles from where we lived was gong to be a challenge. As soon as we contracted with Bob I knew it was going to be ok. He helped with every aspect of the sale, from getting the place ready to show to seeing that all was in order for the closing. It was such a comfort to our family to have Bob on our side.

From the beginning, Bob helped me price my condo, held several open houses, answered all of my questions, and certainly went the extra mile to get the job done! (i.e.; Called and met the plumber there, as I was out of town). I am a satisfied client! Don’t hesitate to use him!
