Yikes! So been going to see Katy (twice) and then found out she no longer works at this salon. I walked in to change my appointment time almost 2 weeks in advance and was told that I was switched to see Yvette. I received a call today from Lynn who left me voicemail stating Yvette left last night and they just now called me about 4 hours before my appointment?! I am surprised as when you book with this salon they request a 24 hour notice cancellation however I am told only 4 hours in advance? Sheesh, Lynn did offer the other... read more
