Dr. Pilchik prescribed Rosuvastatin for my high cholesterol that made me very very sick, not taking into account my hypothyroidism or liver issues. If one has those issues, they should not be on this drug according to my research. The drug seems to have caused muscle wasting, making me very weak and many other scary symptoms like sudden brain pressure, cognitive impairment, involuntary muscle jerking, sudden sleepiness, muscle pain and loss of my sense of taste. Where in the world is Dr Pilchik practicing these days. He was my cardiologist for 10 years. I moved to NC but am moving back to NY and need to reconnect with his practice.
Very professional and answers all of my questions. He is informative and always willing to talk about any concerns that I may be having. The Yorktown office is a little small but the staff is great.
