Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. – I have been a resident in a property managed by Robert Marcus Real Estate Company for 2+ years and have no complaints. When I call the office for a maintenance request, it's often done the same day or scheduled to accommodate my work schedule. Negative reviews are spot on – We've been renting a property managed by RMRE for a couple years now. We came here from NYC, and he's worse than anyone we've ever dealt with before. It isn't just that response is often slow, or that you sometimes just never get a response, it's the response is often so snide. Another RMRE renter I know says he always feels treated like a little kid who has done something wrong and dirty when asking for the simplest repair.

Extremely Poor Property Management Co – our condo assn recently fired this property mgr. after many years of really bad service. We have lost over $10,000 due to their poor advice (new roof needed only after 9 yrs), incomplete masonry work, all culminating in our building losing value and needing massive repairs. Please Do Your Research Before Hiring. I do Not Reccommend!

Nice Group of People – I moved in to an apartment managed by Robert Marcus Real Estate located in the Back Bay. They were all very helpful and responded to a maintenace request within a few hours. I reminded me of being at a nice hotel.

keep up the great service – I have lived in the same apartment for the past 3 years and this company has always been responsive to my needs. They actually sent a person to change the lights bulbs in my unit; Great service. I can tell they are always working to be a better company. Last year, they delivered a gift basket to my unit for the holidays. Whenever we have a problem, they come running.

AWFUL COMPANY – HE LIES AND STEALS MONEY FROM HIS TENANTS. HE OBVIOUSLY SET UP THIS ACCT TO TRY AND SELF PROMOTE. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON HIS LYING, AWFUL SOUL.
