Dr Victor contacted me personally to discuss my concerns and offer further insight and recommendations. It's frustrating to be in pain and/or watch your child in constant pain, and nice to have a doctor show genuine empathy towards that.
My 9 year old has been having severe heel pain. I took him to Dr Victor who is a podiatrist and states he specializes in sports injuries, etc. We arrived to appointment on time and didn’t leave for 2 hours with the doctor only having my son walk up and down the hall to tell me what I knew, that he has a very low arch. He proceeded to give me a list of shoes and orthotics he recommended and did not X-ray the severe heel pain. He said to come back if pain didn’t go away after a month. Gave no other advice than that. The front office staff was kind and efficient, the facility was clean and comfortable, and Dr. Victor was kind, patient, professional, and helped me with a painful condition that he effectively treated. He provided comprehensive patient education about how I can take better care of my own feet.
