Zero stars! This practice has really gone down hill over the past few years. From lost appointments, to not returning phone calls, to waiting months for an appointment, to rude office help...all have convinced me to find another provider. Find another group if you're looking for a new provider.

Excellent experience with Beth Lin OD who fitted me with new contacts.
At this office, the doctors know what they are doing. I will give them that. However, the experience is terrible. The staff is extremely rude especially when trying to schedule appointments. I have been very put off by the bad attitudes and bad communication that the receptionists have shown towards my wife and I while trying to get my son in for appointments and procedures. I'm not sure if they listen to the messages I leave or just choose not to respond out of laziness but it definitely feels like they don't care. My wife ... read more
