I went to FT Wayne Ortho for my first visit with Dr. Shugarts PA. She spent maybe 4 minutes with me, and that's being generous. She asked me to squeeze her fingers and ordered an MRI. She didn't ask me if I had any questions or address my other concerns. The nurse who took my history spent a majority of the time with me. She told me to address my concerns with the DR or PA. They could've just ordered the MRI without me having to waste my time to drive to FT Wayne when I'm in pain, and it's not even addressed. On the discharg... read more
