Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They... read more
