Dr. Bob is excellent. However, his receptionist is rude and not at all welcoming. Not sure why she is in the medical profession.
I went to see Dr. Bob who was referred to me by a friend. I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain and stiffness for many years; it was so bad that, on many days, it was hard to function and I ended up not having much energy throughout the day. My first session with Dr. Bob was today and I felt relief immediately after our season. In fact, for the first time in years I was pain free for a period of several hours. It was quite amazing really! He was also a delightful person who put me at ease.
