Completely misdiagnosed my daughter’s condition based on the X-rays that were taken in ER and then again at his office. Didn’t care to send her for mri. He was very rough handling her and very indifferent. She was in so much pain. Had to drive all the way to NYC to get a second opinion and mri. She ended up having an emergency surgery.
Dr. Corey's approach might be better suited for uninformed patients. I took my mother to see Dr. Corey when her regular physician wasn't available. She has a chronic condition that requires a recurring procedure every few months. I was surprised when Dr. Corey claimed her established procedure wasn't FDA-approved. This immediately prompted me to verify the information, which contradicted both her long-time doctor and reliable online sources. Worst surgery experience and outcome I’ve ever had. Went in for surgery Jan 8th with a functional bad shoulder came out of surgery with a non functional extremely painful shoulder. I’ve lost over half my range of motion with all types of pain that was never there before. All of dr Corey’s appointments are about an average of 7 mins or less each time I’ve seen him.
