Worst surgery experience and outcome I’ve ever had. Went in for surgery Jan 8th with a functional bad shoulder came out of surgery with a non functional extremely painful shoulder. I’ve lost over half my range of motion with all types of pain that was never there before. All of dr Corey’s appointments are about an average of 7 mins or less each time I’ve seen him. Dr. Corey is a top-notch physician with an excellent communication style and great expertise diagnosing joint problems, particularly my shoulder. After my initial exam, he indicated that I could manage for a few years with my osteoarthritis, but a shoulder replacement would be inevitable. He worked with me for six months treating with cortisone, therapy, and exercise. Once I realized the limitations to those therapies, I returned to him to talk surgical options.
