The staff here goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome. They are quite a friendly bunch. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. Dr. Bernstein's office is located in a safe and easy to find office park. I have had wonderful rapport with both the doctor and his friendly staff. Dr. Bernstein has always been very thorough, kind and easy to talk with during my medical visits. I have never experienced problems with scheduling appointments; although, because their office phone does not take messages - a couple of times it was difficult to reach his staff to cancel/change appointment dates.
