Do not use Robert Love Heating and Air Conditioning or Comfort Solutions Utah! I had them replace my furnace blower motor. I was charged $626. They used a generic motor which costs $125. Included in the total was a $79 service cost and a $5 miscellaneous fee. The service technician was at my house for less than an hour. So $626-$125-$79-$5=$417. I recieved service from Robert love heating. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They were very professional and arrived when promised. They installed everything and removed the old equipment in one day and it has worked flawlessly. I am very impressed with their service and would recommend them to my friends and family. A very satisfied customer!
Our furnace motor went out and Robert Love/Comfort Solutions sent Jason Law to our house. He was certainly the best tech I have worked with through them! He made sure I always knew what he was doing so I didn't have to ask what was going on. Just a very nice guy! Next time we have a problem I hope we get him! Very pleasant to work with!
They installed my AC unit 5 years ago, I had problems every summer because the freon gets low they just come to add more freon and never fix the problem. Call them was a pain because they were rude and most the time they charge me trying to avoid their resposnsability. Now my warranty expired so this last summer I called a different company their diagnostic was something about the coil system they said I may need a new system which is very expensive!. Excellent response time. Service tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Repair was completed in good time. Pricing was fair, not the "cheap" guy, but not overpriced. This company is one that I feel comfortable with. I've never been disappointed in their service or pricing. When it's time to replace my furnace and air conditioner - they'll have my business. Be there when they work I recently had work done by this company and my experience was mostly good. My quote was set up rather quickly and Tony Bassett came out on a Saturday and walked through our basement where we needed quotes on heat runs. He was there about 20 minutes and left. Very nice and courteous. He then said he would call back on Monday to schedule us which he never did, so I called them to get our job scheduled.
