Couldn’t be more pleased! I never have a long wait in the Talladega office, the receptionists are very personable. Once in the back, it was also a short wait. Dr. Lolley was thorough in his explanation of carpal tunnel surgery and answered any questions I had. I am one month after surgery and am happy with the results.
10/10 from beginning to the end!! The office visit was great. My appointment was at 2:15 and I was out around 3p. The front desk staff was very friendly and inviting to everyone who entered engaging and communicating with sincere conversation. Dr. Lolley was just as kind and considerate. His bedside manners and the exemplary service were unlike any I've experienced with an orthopedic physician or any other physician in the Talladega County area. An all around ortho doctor. Knowledgeable and friendly. In a world of specialists, it is a blessing to find a doctor who is just an orthopedic doctor.
