The service was great
This review is for the service department. Will never take my jeep here again. My jeep was running fine until I received an oil change here not even a week after the oil change my jeep started stalling and I was getting “low oil” messages. Brung my jeep back here and was told $900 because my oil cooler broke. Took my jeep to get 2 other opinions elsewhere and the issue was the filter that they put on during the oil change. I have had nothing but great experiences at Robert Loeher. Every time I visit, whether it is for service or to purchase a vehicle the process is seamless and everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They feel like a family to me. I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer there and it has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have purchased more than a few new vehicles in my lifetime and can unequivocally say that this is the worst dealership that I have ever delt with, period. Though there were two people there who were nice and helpful, an older guy who was dressed nice and directed me to the finance office when my sales rep disappeared, and a young gentleman who had helped me via text, my sales person was too busy visiting and singing along with the country music that was blaring.
