Car was throwing a crash sensor warning. Took it to the dealership, they had it for 8 days and were trying to tell me it was related to my aftermarket wheels and basically they don't know how to fix it. Told me to put my stock wheels back on and ride around for awhile. Mind you, people put 22 and 24 inch wheels on Durango's ALL the time. It was hard to believe that all of those others had lights all on their dash like I did from aftermarket wheels. If you want a dealership that will treat you like family, Loehr is it! I recently purchased a vehicle from them and I am very impressed with the kindness and attention I have recieved, even after the deal was completed. The finance manager, Marvin was very helpful and walked me through everything step by step. He even answered non-finance questions for me so I didn't have to speak to someone and wait for a call back. :)
We bought a Ram truck brand new in Phoenix, AZ from Bill Luke Dodge with an extended warranty. It’s our 3rd Ram. In Phoenix, if we had warranty work completed it didn’t cost anything and we received a free car rental. We moved Georgia. We had to take the truck in for the wiper blade motor to be replaced. They advised us that they do not like putting on that replacement on and they wanted to put on a different part and charge us close to 600.00 for the replacement part. What a shame they didn’t care?
