Dr. Latkany and his staff are heads and shoulders above the rest- never rushed and always answers all questions with patience- I have reached out many times and have always been able to get an appointment or prescription without hesitation!!!!! Dee at the front desk is always smiling and willing to help!
I have been going to Dr. Latkany for over 15 years. He's knowledgeable, very thorough, take his job very seriously, and has great bedside manners. He is also a well-known specialist when it comes to dry eye symptoms (he wrote a book about it!). However, his best two attributes are that (1) he's very honest/doesn't try to upsell you other services (e.g. surgeries) and, importantly, (2) he is quick, but he's NEVER RUSHED.
