WORST experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! Would rate ZERO starts & warn/tell everyone to never buy their ‘extended warranty’ …nothing is covered & they don’t explain the actual timeframe for the policy. Regarding the HUGE turnover in employees…you can never establish a trusting relationship which speaks volumes to their Management/Owners ability for quality retention. Buyer beware - I bought a barely used one owner SUV a few years ago (River Road Puyallup). The original owner was the service manager at Larson. I questioned a couple things on the vehicle history, all explained as the service manager being picky on how his cars are taken care of. Come to find out, the constant issues I had to deal with were already happening before I purchased. After years of the rig being in/out of the shop for service finally traded it in at another dealership. They knowingly sold me a lemon.
Egregious $7k appearance package add-on to RAV4 that they eventually admitted was a market adjustment in disguise. This was not shown on website listing and could not be removed despite being labeled as an "option". Do not do business with Larson dealerships, especially not Toyota
