My experience here was mixed of good and bad. To start with the good, the sales person I started with seem to be pretty helpful. He did help get me a reasonable price on a vehicle especially since it was not a vehicle I wanted to begin with. I appreciated that they waived my maintenance fee to help get me in a vehicle but I really wish sales people all over this country, not just at this dealership would just respect their customers time and intelligence. Went to Toyota of Tacoma (Look Larson) this weekend to help our daughter buy a car. We were greeted by Jordan P almost immediately. He was so kind and professional. We initially came in looking for a specific vehicle and planned on taking the whole day going around to dealerships. We bought Dodge 2500 pick up truck from Larson Dodge in Puyallup couple years ago. We signed for a specific maintenance contract. We went to get the maintenance done found out that the contract had been changed in the computer and was not the contract we assigned for. My husband has tried numerous times to get Larson Dodge in Puyallup to contact us to correct this error and then we keep getting sent to a voicemail or we don’t get calls back.
