Dr. Williamson has been my dentist for more than 10 years and I have always felt that I received extraordinary care. In addition to normal check-ups, Dr. Williamson removed my wisdom teeth several years ago. After that procedure, I remember receiving a telephone call from him on a Saturday afternoon, just to make sure that everything was going well. That is typical of the high level of service that I have received from both Dr. Williamson and his staff and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Very nice facilities, but think they got that way by Dr. Williamson trying to treat me for things I did not need.
Service was poor. Doctor was arrogant and rude. Very impersonal.
Poor customer service and sarcastic staff. Williamson arrogant and was only interested in money not customer. When told I was leaving negative feedback and leaving his practice, I got a call from his attorney threatening me that I couldn't leave negative feedback and I'd be sued. STEER clear away from this guy!
I have gone to Dr. Williamson for some time now. My visits are always pleasant. I go for cleanings every 6 months and have never had any negative issues. Office is very nice, hygienists are very good, and Dr. Williamson always has time to explain any questions I may have.
I went to Dr. Williamson for consultation for cosmetic dentistry. He carefully evaluated me and gave me options and recommendations. I found him honest and open to discussion I chose him to help me. His work surpassed my expectations!! I have continued to have him do all my dental work and could not be more pleased with his work and the look of my teeth. His staff are also superior. They are attentive, patient, and competent.
