I would recommend Dr. Schoolman to anyone! I thought he had a wonderful bedside manner, took his time to make sure I understood everything, and followed up appropriately after my procedure. I would use him again in a heartbeat if needed.

Doctor was fantastic, along with the clinical team. The Front Desk staff was unfriendly at best. If you sit in the waiting room, expect the room to be filled with the constant sound of them slamming their window open and shut so that they can avoid having to look out into the waiting room. It’s very evident the front desk doesn’t like dealing with people. If they could just stop slamming their door, it would improve the experience greatly. It takes away from skill set of their clinical leaders.

Waited a month for an appointment, took time off work for this. An hour before my appointment time his office called and pushed my appointment back 2 hours because 'he was running behind'. The office was not understanding that patients have to work in order to pay for expensive procedures like he provides. Had to miss the appointment all together because of work. Guess my best option is to travel to St Louis or Memphis just to get an implant. Another month ahead of me of no solid foods.

I thought he got me in pretty quickly and I am satisfied with the care he gave. He is very knowledgeable. He tries hard to be friendly.

Horrible bedside manner. You should NEVER start complaining about the work you are about to perform to a patient in front of them. And if something is going to effect them negatively in the future, you should tell them before the procedure, not after.
