I typically don't leave reviews unless I have something good to say about a company, however this company has called me twice asking for a google review....so here it is. This company did not fix my issue and didn't make an attempt to do so. I asked for a pipe to be snaked and they insisted it was because my septic tank was full and asked for their fee to come out and then left. Phone folks are GREAT. My kitchen drain clogs often despite my not pouring grease down it. I usually have to have it snaked every four months or so. Last time the young man that came out was superb and he snaked my drain via my clean out valve and charge me $249. This time the two young men that came out charged me $349 for the same service. This senior citizen on a fixed income cannot afford $349 every four months to snake a drain. Crystal was very courteous and helpful on my service call for an outside leak at the water meter. Travis arrived first thing in the morning as promised and went right to work. He identified the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. He also gave me a quote giving me the opportunity to accept or reject it explaining that there would be a service fee if I rejected the quote.
