NY Langone has many great doctors. They are knowledgeable, caring, take time to explain everything. Unfortunately I went to Dr. Mucciolo because I needed a urologist. It was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. My first visit was about 5 minutes. His office assistant is rude and lied to me when I had to get in touch with him. I would absolutely never go back.
Dr. Robert Mucciolo told me that he will call me with the results of the test, MRI, etc. He didn't. A nurse called me, showing lack of knowledge and empathy. The office later told me I have to pay another visit to get the results. This medical office is a money factory, not a human health care facility.
Dr Mucciolo is great . unfortunately since the NYU merger his office girl that takes calls and message has a real attitude. His billing and office help suck !Time for new Doctor.

This guy is the worst. Does not do right by his patients. Only concern is $$. There’s a reason he’s got such a poor rating.
