All they care about is how much money they can get out of you! The office manager has an attitude and probably needs to retire. The only one that really seemed to care about my situation was the hygienist. She was going to check and see if I could get charged a little less for peridontal cleaning. I doesn't seem to matter if you have a mouthful of teeth or one tooth-you get charged the same. Angie couldn't even step out and say she was sorry I had to pay for my last Dentist's mistake!
I have been going to Dr. Merrill for about 15 years. I've had bridge work and implant crowns along with my regular cleanings and x-rays. The treatment has always been top quality and the staff is great
Dr. Merrill"s staff reached out to me after my review to offer an apology for the billing mistake and offered to send me an invoice for the care received. If using a credit card you can get an invoice if you ask for one. I am happy with the cleaning that I had done that day.
Great office. I have been going to Dr. Merrill's office for many years. Long term staff and super friendly plus quality dentistry. I would recommend for anyone needing a dentist in the Asheville or Leicester, NC communities.
Every crown I had placed by this quack has fallen off. Not to mention the chronic infection he gave me when he did a root canal. Considering pursuing a malpractice suit against this hack. If you value your health, stay away from him!
